About mehigh school Media Specialist from GA; married w/3 girls.

About my libraryI have eclectic taste in literature,just like everything else. I love a good story---[[Alice Hoffman!!!]],also love historical fiction. I like to pick up used books from the public library...one day I had to restrain myself from running when I saw a book I had on my TR list (that's when I knew for sure I am a nerd). I've worked with high school students for most of my adult life---I try to read some YA fiction to be able to make recommendations. That being said, however, and I know I'm going to tick a lot of people off, I just cannot bring myself to read Stephanie Meyer. No offense, I just have no interest in vampires. Also no fluffy chick lit for me; I like books that make me think.
