About me Lover of stories, and storytellers, music and musicmakers. Art lover, and sometimes artist. Maker of lace- Honiton and torchon bobbin laces, and tatted lace. Weaver of chain maille, wire worker and bead weaver....just let me craft and i shall. The books and arts/crafts accouterments share my living space with two delightful Cats, who likely do fancy themselves as worthy of worship- and thus, act accordingly.
About my library I have a wildly eclectic library of books, many reside here at the house(around 400 at the moment) more are in storage, and even more are at my moms. My mom has a fantastic library- which i did not bother to double as i collected my own books- nor has she doubled what i have purchased. Instead we have created a shared library that has fluid movement between our homes and storage units- and friends as we loan them out. To keep where the book resides straight i will mark books that are presently in storage with an S, and the books that are at my mums with a M. This will make life easier for us- if we ever get all of our collection catalouged!

> my kittens fur when i brush them and have been spinning that as well:-)
Wow, that's amazing -- I haven't tried spinning any kitty fur, but I imagine with the right staple, it would be like angora or any silky short hair. I bet it would be amazing blended with merino, and would probably give a very nice halo effect to the finished yarn. Congrats!
