Tagsteaching (2), let alone an inexperienced 17-year-old. He comes to love her (1), but even though the mere description of this tenderness and sensuality practically has me swooning along with my 14-year-old students (1), I feel real warning flags going up all over the place -- Edward displays all the classic signs of an abuser. :( (1), Edward's attention to Bella would mesmerize any woman (1), and even when it does (1), Lovely book; somewhat sad. Parts of the book are downright depressing. I find it amazing that the Great Depression didn't destroy our whole country (1), and I am fearful for our future should we have to endure an equally devastating economic crisis. (1), The worst thing that can possibly happen seldom does (1), it's not the end of the world. (1) — see all tags

Noticed you liked Lovely Bones, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here, as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it also contains a young female narrator struggling with a series of tragic circumstances. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to read more about the book before you commit:
