About meI am an elementary teacher and mother of two children, ages 12 and 13. I taught third grade for ten years, and after receiving a master's degree as a reading specialist, I taught middle school literature. I am currently working part-time which makes me very happy to have more time for photography, scrapbooking, and of course, reading.

About my libraryI enjoy reading the classics, historical fiction, historical romances, mysteries, young adult literature, creative living, and literary criticism.

I'm anxiously awaiting Echo in the Bone and will probably reread ABOSAA in a few weeks just to get ready. I think I may just qualify as a "tad bit obsessed" about this series.
I have thought about reading Forever Amber, but not sure if I'll get into, isn't she kind of awful, but you still like to read about her? Is she likeable?
That's too bad about Now Face to Face, I was planning on reading it soon sometime this summer. Darn! Oh well, I'm still going to read just to get my fix, I love the period and the Duchess! Don't tell me what happens, but is Barbara's cousin, the young Duke, in it much? I liked him.
Sounds like you have a great weekend coming up - enjoy yourself reading! Yes, bummer about Dark Angels, I hope Face to Face isn't as disappointing.
Joanne, you're welcome and thanks for linking me too! Let me know what you think of those books!
Thanks for the tip, I'll wait to see what you think of them before I read them, sadly I've been disappointed so many times, but if you like them, then I'll give them a try!
Joanne, thank you for the nice compliment about my blog! I've added you to my reader and friends list here. Your blog looks promising! And, I am so with you about categorizing the Outlander Series - and then everything else! I'm the same way! LOL! Can you recommend anything else that even comes close? I'm always on the lookout!
Thanks for adding me to your list, I see you like Karleen Koen and Diana Gabaldon - two of my favorites! I just finished Through a Glass Darkly and simply loved it and Dark Angels is next on my list. Thanks again!
