About meJonathan Faia was born March 27, 1975 in Anaheim, Ca. He was raised the town of Fullerton, Ca. High school is where the basis for his literary life began. He began writing at a very young age. Everything very raw, revolving around loss, love, social issues. These later became staples of his writings and lead to the publishing of his first book "WYLDE SERENITY". His debut book all inspired by the incredible burning love he had for his high school sweetheart and now wife. The other portion inspired by the empty, alone feelings he went through when the couple split in their early 20's looking to find themselves. Wylde Serenity shows both sides of a relationship, and really puts feelings to words. Jonathan now spends his time promoting the book that derives its name from the middle names of both his daughters. He can also be found doing charity work, speaking engagements at local libraries, and workshops to inspire kids to really explore reading and writing. Using his love of 1960's Beat Poetry and inspiring all he can.

About my libraryMy collection is mixed and all over the place. A collection of classics and Beat Poetry. Stacks of eastern and modern philosophy books. Some of my favorite guilty pleasures are a collection of 1990's icon Henry Rollins books detailing his observations of LA and it's South Bay during the 80's and 90's. Gritty stories that really make you feel for the youth starving to make their mark and how life treats them
