I think I may have read your post wrong. Were you suggesting Rollins, or wanting to know about him? He's a great writer, his characters tend to belong to the miltary, but they're very fast paced and fun. Lots of the weird, but then he fills in the cracks with truth. Sorry if I misunderstood you.
I've already read Rollins, multiple times :O) Thanks though! I've actually rediscovered the library (I unfortunatly work right next door to a Borders). It's a lot easier to pick up books your not sure about, if you don't have to pay for them. But when you're shelling out $15.00 every couple of days and not really liking it, I tend to get a bit desperate for good suggestions.
It does seem that they have their own very unique style and stories. I'm really not that picky on what I read, but I have so much time to do it, I feel I'm running out of books. My work right now is VERY slow, so I basically get 8hrs a day, not including home time, to sit and read.
Hello. I noticed you liked Preston/Child and was wondering if you could suggest other authors of the same style.
Hello, how are you? I got 3/4 through Devil's Knot, then watched a documentary on them and then kinds knew more so I didn't finish, but yes it was good. Rule's got me-always have one going with her. I'm on Heart Full of Lies and also Dead by Sunset, both by her, currently and just haven't gotten on Green River and Stranger Besides Me. I just recently hit gold at my public library and their end of summer clearance and got like 40 hardcovers for $.50 each-Total steal. I took a look at your collection of books. How long have you been an reader? It is funny, I hated reading cause I would always speed read and forget the less important aspects that later end up being more important than initially thought, then I bought American Terrorist Tim McVeigh and couldn't put it down. I do stay more to the liking of true crime and non-fiction. Spend alot of time on History Channel and Court TV-If it has forensics/murder I'm hooked. My friends and family thing I'm sick, lol, but they know better. My library is small but growing and I should really spend more time reading them than catologing them in my anal retentive ways, hehe. Well thanks for hitting me up, have a great weekend.
Hey handsome! I can't believe I can catalog cookbooks!! Woo hoo!
