About me I write, therefore I am.
I can’t be found in any telephone book. I can’t be taxed or conscripted, and nobody can shake my hand. I’m incorporeal: J.P. Burton is a pseudonym for a husband and wife writing team.
When we aren’t dodging bullets, piloting intergalactic cruisers, or staging a coup d’etat to overthrow the Evil Overlord, we live in an ancient mud hut where we spend the majority of our time repairing damage caused by sub-standard wiring, nearby nuclear blasts and termites.
Chaos reigns supreme in our lives; our other incarnations have published short stories, recipes, non-fiction articles, computer games and monographs. Don’t look for anything authored by J.P. yet. Writing together is not entirely unlike like herding cats. What you will find on our author page is those works currently in print written by one or the other of us under one or the other of our other psuedonyms. Confused yet? So are we. That's why we became J. P. Burton.
About my library Our library is a distorted mirror of our collective selves. A bizarre gumbo of history, sociology, science fiction, fantasy, reference material and whimsy, it is the agonizing result of the ruthless decimation necessary to merge our respective libraries while avoiding the necessity of living in a tent outside our cottage.
