I think I just figured out who the photo reminds me of: Rosemary Dunsmore playing Miss Katherine Brooke in "Anne of Green Gables: The Sequel." At least *before* going home with Anne to Marilla on a summer vacation. :-)

Nice to meet you.

Were your ears burning? I saw Barb at historical fiction book group last night, and she mentioned my name came up in a discussion with you. She said that when she mentioned I "have something on the Web," you knew she was describing LT.

She said you handle ILL at the library. If you saw a request come through for a WWI book _Eye Deep in Hell_ (don't know if you see all requests which originate within CAFE libraries?), that was my request. :-) I actually still have a card at your library, but haven't been by in some time.

I was wondering about your picture. I feel I should know who that is, but maybe you could enlighten me? It's not Frances Willard, is it?

See you 'round LT, Renee
Thanks! I don't always have time to stitch, but can seem to find time to look at the books. Samplers and historical needlework, as well as the stories of the women who stitched them have fascinated me for quite a while.
