To get the ticker you go to http://www.tickerfactory.com/ezticker/ti... and click on exercise & fitness. You have to set up and account but its free and no details. The you just step through the next buttons selecting your background and icon. When finished it will take you to a page with two boxes of html code. Copy the code from the first box and paste it into your profile or forum thread. When you update your ticker it automatically updates for you so make sure you save the link :)
