About me SWHetM (blah blah woof woof)
SCA: 20 years active, inactive since 2001 (Ian Jameson)
Fandom: Ditto
MLS UArizona 1988, CPL 1988-1994, OHS 1994-2000, some regional on-call 2001-2003ish
HAM Tech-class license April 2001, hence KD7MVS, inactive
Not horribly active in anything these days, combination of ADD, Narcolepsy, SAD, allergies, arthritis, OCPD, fibromyalgia... if it weren't for my being innately cheerful I'd really be depressed, as it is a certain level of depression is unavoidable. So I read silly books, and feel better.
About my library Mainly in boxes at this time, something about slowly remodeling sections of the building...
It's big, ok? 30yr+ runs of Astounding/Analog, F&SF, long runs of IASFM, Galaxy/IF, etc. Tons of SF/F books, significant amounts of Harlequin/Silhouette Romances ($0.49 @ local Goodwill makes this *very* affordable!), significant European pre-1700 history/culture, growing woodworking/homebuilding/maintenance collection, etc.
As I add items, it is brought home to me just how diverse my collections are, the breadth and depth; it really *is* a research library! Also how unique some of the items are. Which results in a fair number of manual entries, aided and abetted by my desire to use this as a partial insurance inventory [if I list it in here, I have it, and the edition matches].

Also, you're definitely right about the difference(s) between Schmidt, Dennis and Schmitz, James H., but I like them both :)
Thanks again.
