About meI'm a mahjong-playing, kung fu-fighting Vegan ninja who tells stories about (not) fitting in. I'm a full-time writer of YA/EA fiction as well as magazine articles on food, nutrition and anything else I finds fascinating. I keep my wit in a tin under the bed and am owned by a bossy feline.

About my libraryIt's all about the teen fiction!

Hi,

LibraryThing contacted me and indicated you were one of the winners of the Early Reviewer Giveaway (for my novel, Dirty Little Angels). Please send me your e-mail address (mine is mail@christophertusa.com), and I'll send you a copy of the e-book.

Thanks for entering the giveaway,

Chris
hi, i see you are a recent convert as am i. your review of Chocolat caught my attention. one of my favorite stories and i often give copies to younger women (my son's girlfriends...) you really should rent the movie. the story line is reasonably accurate.
visually the movie complements your imagination in this particular book. the steam rising from a pot, and the smell of warm chocolate, oh my gosh! being a "food nymph" as you are, i'm guessing that your senses was running wild in CHOCOLAT, as were mine. if that isn't enticing, then possibly Johnny Depp the part as Roux will .

one last recommend. i don't see DAUGHTER OF FORTUNE in your reading. a great adventure fiction about a young woman in the 1800's on a quest for independence and lost love. so many great characters and unusual situations. not a dull page from beginning to end.

i hope you have fun with LT, i plan to.
