Thanks for writing back. I have a few things on the u-boats, the 2 volume U-Boat Operations of the Second World War by Kenneth G. Wynn and U-Boat Killer by Donald MacIntyre but it's not really my area. If you come across anything interesting please let me know. Always looking for titles.
Interesting OP Ed. Feels strange to be doing this sort of strategic review out in public. I've actually had Pape's book on suicide bombers on my wish list for a while but for some reason I never got around to ordering it. Good a time as any I suppose. I did most of my guerrilla warfare research on Malaysia in the 1950s and Vietnam in the early 1960s. That's where most of my guerrilla warfare books are focused on but there's also some other coverage in my desire to find books on increasingly obscure conflicts.
