Delighted to help, if I can. I travel for a living, and am only home a few hours each week. First, what is your deadline? I need to dig out the book, get the pages scanned, etc - do not have the equipment at my office to make it into a pdf. Does it have to be a pdf? Do you have a fax number/machine?
