There are already a bunch of groups on LT with these interests. I'm afraid you may not get as much action by making another new one, as you would if you joined up where they are already talking.
I know its really hard to find things with the way the group search works. What I have found that works best is: click the Groups tab, then go to the "Complete groups list" at the top right, then use your browser's find-on-this-page function to search for a specific interest. Searching that way, using your 3 keywords, yielded these groups that you may want to check out:
Pagans inc (Description: an inclusive group for pagans of all persuasions.)
Pagan Knowledge (Description: This group is for the sharing of ancient and modern Pagan knowledge and wisdom.)
Lady Shadowbreath's Hearth (Description: For pagans of all sorts who wish to discuss literature, pagan-related or otherwise.)
Books of Shadows (Description: A discussion group for discussion of Wiccan/Pagan/Magic/Earth-Based Spirituality books.)
The Witches of LibraryThing (Description: Wiccans or Non-Wiccans. Covened or Solitaries. Christo-Pagans, Folk Catholics, Spiritual Workers. Hoodoos, Rootworkers, Conjure Men and Women. Feri Witches and Folk Magicians. If you practice Witchcraft and/or consider yourself a Witch, this group is for you!)
Wicca (Description: A group for Wiccans, Pagans, and other people interested in Earth-centred spirituality.)
UEW-Books (Description: This group is for members of Universal Eclectic Wicca who wish to share details of their libraries, and discuss the relative merits of the books therein.)
