About my libraryA disclaimer: not everything in my house is included here. Since my husband and I have combined our shelves, this is either what's actually put into the collection by me, or books of his I've read/intend to read.

One rather amusing thing I've learned by doing this is that there are lots of books I feel I ought to have but don't, and it throws off my personal collection by showing what I've neglected to read yet, what I haven't thrown out from college, and what juvenile mementos I haven't the heart to pitch. The perils of working in a library, where it's a crime to buy something you can get for free right away.

Dude. Do we only share Jude, Jane, and Lolita? WTH.
lol - I know. I'm workin' on it!! :P
Hey I started this but just grabbed some random books off the shelf. I'm more of a library kind of person!
Dude, you can leave messages on this thing? lol. Err... HIIIIII!!!!!!! [dances around you like a crazy person]
I haven't checked out the book overlap yet, but your judgment shows that reading widely has its benefits.
The novelization of Phantom of the Paradise is one of those books from childhood (yikes!) that I just cannot seem to let go of. Unfortunately, I no longer have the soundtrack (Carburetors man! That's what life is all about!)
we share at least a couple more than that, but some of them are among the books i have yet to enter. Maybe I should do that. What else are rainy saturday afternoons for?
