About meI live in the UK. I could've probably bought a house and several cars by now the amount I've spent on books (and library fines). I've concluded it's an incurable addiction since I spent 5 1/2 years selling them, and spent most of what I did earn on taking the stock home.
I love cooking, music hall/vaudeville/burlesque influenced performance, writing, walking, photography and buying old cameras, makeup, retro fashion and scent.

About my libraryIs going to be uploaded very slowly.
Will not be the exact editions, because I'm too lazy and plenty are lacking in ISBNs.
I've long loved crime novels and began with Conan-Doyle, Rendell and Francis when I was a child, so a lot of my library is crime. Like much of the sentient world I love Henning Mankell's Wallander novels, and that I've been led to reading some other great Scandanavian writers.
I love fantasy/far-fetched novels of the Fforde, Rankin and Holt type. I'm not much for fairies and intergalactic elves though.
I also really enjoy reading experimental fiction and am trying to expand my collection in this direction.
My non-fiction interests are broadly: fashion, culture, health, sociology, history, France, America, architecture, cookery, religion, and transport.
