I just got my review posted, after spending a couple evenings reading through this book. I'm really excited to get cooking from it in the next few weeks!
Do you have any suggestions as to the best recipes to start with? I'm considering an attempt at the Shrimp and Coconut Curry, which sounds delicious, or the Meatballs in Lemon Sauce or the Chicken and Tomato Casserole. Everything sounds so delicious, it's hard to know where to start.
