About meWell I love reading! (I know, obviously, or else I wouldn't be on this site) I also love to write books, and actually have written some. Someday I wish to get them published. I also love to take pictures! (Hey, maybe I could like, write a book and then take the picture for the cover! Wow, I'm off topic!) Well, I'm somewhat random, but I'm very smart.

About my libraryHmm.... Well I tend to like most types of books, just not the vampires or stuff like that-meaning that I do not read twilight- i know shocker I tend to like fiction stuff... I don't think I'd be too big on all the historical writings. I haven't tried much nonfiction, and so I suppose if I found a good enough book I would read it, but then again as of now I don't have a need or want to.
And lately (as of late May, 2009) I have found that a lot of the books I've been reading have something to do with, like, clones or people who's body is not totally theirs, or memory ... somewhat strange. Also, if books have cuss words in them, I tend to remember that a lot. I don't like that, but I'll still finish the book. And some of the books in my library are books I'm planning to read but haven't read yet
I hate cuss words, and if there are too many of them in a book I don't read it (like Cracked up to Be- had the f word so many times) I'm getting into the Chik Lit., and really just books that have romance in them. (as of Early July)

I'm a reference librarian, formerly a YA librarian. I noticed you read The Off Season and Front and Center. What did you think of Front and Center. I liked Dairy Queen and The Off Season better than Front and Center.

I also see you read Nothing But Ghosts. I loved that book. Beth Kephart is one of my favorite writers. I suggest all her books.

Let me know what you think.

That's the one about vampires right? I saw it on the library shelves, but didn't know if it would be as good as the Uglies trilogy. I'll have to look into it today.
I'm way ahead of you, I've already finished Pretties and Specials and am on the waiting list at my library for Extras. Although now I think I read through the series way to quickly, I want to re-read them from the beginning.
