About meI am currently in my last year of the MLS program at IUPUI in Indianapolis, IN.

About my libraryI have a love of Urban Fantasy as you might be able to tell from the books on my list. I also have a passion for folklore, plants, and psychology. A strange mixture I know.

I love love love The Wonderful Wizard of Oz! I meant to read it years ago but just got around to it a couple months ago. I liked the movie, but it was so different from the book it was almost a completely different book. I think the book is even better read out loud. I've been doing some casual research into Oz and Baum. Have you read any literary criticism on the Oz books? Would you recommend reading all the rest of the series? Can you tell a difference in the books written by Baum and the authors who continued his work?
Thanks, Rebecca McDole
