I suspect that your copy of Linear Programming is the 1964 book by Robert W Llewellyn. At the moment it is mixed in with books by the British actor and author Robert Llewellyn, which is perhaps a bit confusing. If you agree, and your book is the Robert W book, you might like to edit the author field.
