About meI love fantasy. I read a lot of children's fiction and a lot of classics. I re-read books all the time, so I enjoy having nice hardcovers of most books. However, I'll take paperback over nothing.

I am a seamstress specializing in formals and alterations but I sew just about everything. I also love to quilt, knit, play with Miles (my pup), run, and cook.

About my libraryI can happily say all of my books have finally made it into my catalog. Children's fiction dominates my library with a scattering of other books to keep it interesting.

My connection news shows a lot of baby books added and rated by you. Is there news I missed, or are you just catching up?
I really like the regal purple! I really appreciate you doing this.
I really appreciate it!
right now I'm planning on prefolds and a few different types of covers, with a few AIOs so that Jason will actually put a cloth diaper on sometimes. I'm using prefolds on Adara now, but she's still in disposables part-time for longer outings and overnight, though i hope to get her into all cloth soon. I've been researching basically since I found out I was pregnant, so I have a pretty good idea of what I want.
This time I'm thinking something bright, in the orange-gold spectrum. What are your thoughts on that?
You're welcome! :) I'm glad the gifts are enjoyed. I had wanted to send you a gift for Addison anyhow and so I was glad I could sneakily send one in this way. ;) I am really glad to hear you like the bookmark. I can't knit, but I'm creative with beads, cards, and such. I didn't make the scrabble tile pendant on your bookmark, but I put it all together. Your necklace came without the flowers, which were added on with a little help from my mother. Every time I make something it's a learning experience learning how to extend what I can create. I had a lot of fun making your gifts. Merry Christmas! :)
Hey, the fabric just arrived. Thanks, it should make for some great pillows!
Wow very intresting
You must enjoy reading lots of books!
Good luck on your next book :)
Hi friend! Just wanted to check in and see how you are doing. How's Addison?? Hopefully all of you are adjusting to your new family roles well. I thought about you this past Saturday when I attended a local handmade fair organized by the owner of my new-found favorite fabric shop. As you'd imagine, many of the vendors used fabric in their creations, and I came away inspired to make time to be crafty, including learning to sew!!
Out of curiosity, did you send it via mail or something else?
I have very little doubt that I will love it. How much do I owe you?
Yes please! It's just easier to accept packages here.
I just put the book in the mail, sorry it took so long. Don't go into labor today!
I posted this on the train derailment thread, but I wasn't sure if you would see it there -- but I found how to alphabetize your tags!

If you go to "Edit Profile" (from your profile, it's all the way to the right, at the top of the page under the tabs in blue text) and click on "Miscellaneous" in the bar on the left, there's a check-box for "Always alphabetize your tags."
Sounds good! Thanks Lefty. :)
Thanks for the comments, Lefty! I showed the kids this week and they loved them! I am so excited you are having a girl! I can't wait to meet her!
