About meI love fantasy. I read a lot of children's fiction and a lot of classics. I re-read books all the time, so I enjoy having nice hardcovers of most books. However, I'll take paperback over nothing.

I am a seamstress specializing in formals and alterations but I sew just about everything. I also love to quilt, knit, play with Miles (my pup), run, and cook.

About my libraryI can happily say all of my books have finally made it into my catalog. Children's fiction dominates my library with a scattering of other books to keep it interesting.

Yes, it does amazingly well! I haven't checked but immediately felt the same cover designer / illustrator worked on The Demon King, which I was glad. The Heir covers look so nice. Have you gotten a hold of a copy of Chima's new book yet? I still haven't read it, either. There is not enough time in the months of November and December for all there is to get done. ;) Hope your weekend's off to a great start!
Thanks! I'll get on later to accept!
LOL! I checked HE before I checked my email account, so I didn't see your request!
I'm sorry! I didn't leave Purdue until like 7pm and I knew that if I came to your house I would never want to leave. Plus I had homework to do =( I'll make a special trip up soon. Promise =) Plus if I go to Purdue next year I'll be there all the time to sew and make fudge =D
Oh Lily, I could have told you what the scuba driver was going to be. *sigh*
I think it does. I'll measure him tonight when I get home. Velcro would be wonderful, because he'd just chew off buttons.
I'd love to know what you think of Outlander when you are done.
:)

So you know what the leash is great for? Cold days when you forget your gloves. I could just keep my hands in my pocket and was able to take Pepper for a longer walk than I would have with a normal leash.
Sounds like a fine timeline. I'm not too much in a hurry for it. Don't feel like you have to get it done by then. Just whenever you have time to feel like doing it.
I sent out the package to you yesterday.
The skeins are 100 grams each (yeah!). I'm going to try to get it to the post office tomorrow.

Thanks again!
I'll try to send it off to you sometime in the next couple of days. You can take your time with it. I'm not in a hurry. ;)

Thanks a bunch!
Yeah! I'll measure him when I get home tonight. I don't think I have your address, and if I do I don't know where it is.
Thanks for the recipe lefty!
Hi, lefty! How are you doing? Has Miles gotten close to running miles with you yet?

The Good/Bad news thread has been updated to a new thread, so rather than have my post to you be lost I thought I'd post here. :) I am so excited for Cinda Williams Chima's new book! Guilty enough I haven't much looked up what it's about. However, I was so satisfied with her other works that I trust this new one to be quite good or interesting. How did you like her earlier works? This new one is called The Demon King. LT doesn't say anything about it aside from us being lucky enough to have the author be on LT, and that it's the first in a series called The Seven Realms. It definitely looks like another YA fantasy. My fingers can't wait to grasp it.

Congratulations on the new furniture! I am excited for both you and your husband about your living room. I won't know the feeling quite yet but know it must feel incredibly good to have furniture to put in a room, and furthermore, to be able to use in the room! It's midterm time in the semester right now, but I dare ask, what colors are in your living room? :)

Good luck with your heater! I hope it may easily be fixed.
