Alas, yes, but the space has not. On the other hand, I have acquired some spectacular books that I will enjoy for more than a few years before I pass them on again. You can't really be out of space already? What about the chicken coop?

are you reading these books out of a personal search rooted in religious uncertainty, for academic/thesis purposes - or both?

Both, but I don't separate the academic from the personal. I think I can relate to you when you say that you've "valued the contribution each has made. Much of my library reflects where I've been rather than where I'm headed. I'm looking forward to digging through your collection for a few new treasures.
