Site design selection
The old design is no longer fully supported nor does it get full attention when we roll out new features. We strongly recommend using the new design.
About meI teach English and History to middle and high school students in an independent Quaker School in Greensboro, North Carolina. I'm an avid reader, a fanatical cyclist/mountain biker, a sometimes runner, and deplorable fiddler. I'm not such a fan of the Western canonical texts; I prefer contemporary works that lend perspective to the world through diverse lenses.
About my libraryBecause I use the public and university libraries in my area, the books in my library are mainly books gleaned from my early college days that remain on the shelves and my modest classroom library.
