About meI am a textile artist and avid reader. I also research my family history - my ancestors seem to have lived mostly in Staffordshire, where I grew up.

About my libraryI have a lot of books on stitching, dyeing, painting, everything textile and some art related; and a LARGE collection of children's/young adult books, especially girls' school stories. It started with the Chalet School (Elinor M Brent Dyer) and grew onwards and upwards from there! And I like fantasy and sci fi a bit too.
