About me Hiya :)

Yay, LibraryThing! There IS a God/dess out there! My bibliophile heart is joyful!

Anyway.

I'm a twenty-something pagan and experimental magician living in Portland, OR with my husband, Taylor Ellwood, our cat Sun Ce, and more art supplies and books than we know what to do with--but this is hardly a bad thing.

We're both published authors; I've written "Fang and Fur, Blood and Bone: A Primal Guide to Animal Magic", and my next book, "A Field Guide to Otherkin" just came out this past April. Taylor cowrote "Creating Magical Entities" and wrote on his own "Pop Culture Magick", "Space/Time Magic", and "Inner Alchemy", as well as his next book due out in 2008, "Multi-Media Magic". I've also contributed to the "Magick on the Edge" anthology, which Taylor edited, and it'll be out in November. We're cowriting "Kink Magic: Sex Magic Beyond Vanilla" which will be out in November 2007.

When I'm not writing, I enjoy making ritual tools, jewelry, and other artwork out of leather, fur, feathers, bone, beads and other such things. I'm also, as you can probably guess, a voracious reader. I mostly read nonfiction, but I occasionally take a break and read novels or comic books.

You can find me online at http://www.thegreenwolf.com , http://www.kinkmagic.com , http://lupabitch.wordpress.com (my book review blog) and http://lupabitch.livejournal.com (personal blog).

Beyond that...well..just ask :)

About my library There's a whole mix of stuff in there--books about animals, books on magic and paganism, books on kink and fetish, and so forth. I've pretty much limited it to books I like, though as of this writing I'm far from being done with my cataloging. Still, I've gotten a lot of my favorites up there.

Hi fellow MWer! Love your library :D
hello lupabitch,

i followed your link here from MW, and after reading your profile it occurs to me that we may have actually met... possibly at this years 'Gemini Party' in Portland.

small world, huh? :)
I would love to add you to my friends and how cool that you are so close, I would love to talk about the animal work you do, I have a house full of ferrets, cats and one dog. Plus a yard of squirrels and birds, that I talk to quite often.

*waves* Thanks for posting the link to this in your lj...I'm busy attempting to catalouge all the books I've ever read (I've probably forgotten more than I remember) and happily being all bibliophilic...*happy bouncing*
I love your library! I have seen a few books that I had not heard of that I wouldn't mind reading. This place is great!
