About my libraryAt a past place of employment my ever so emotional boss asked us all to bring photos in of ourselves and our lives. I am not really one for photos and so I brought the next best thing--a few of my favorite books. In the end I think I shared more with the group than the others, at least I felt like it, by sharing the books that influenced me, like Little, Big, Dune, Bastard Out of Carolina, Parasites Like Us, Finnegan's Wake and The Wizard of Oz, I let them see more of me then I ever did at work. Whether or not they understood, well that is another story
