About me I'm a software developer, living and working in Amsterdam. I love reading.

I mostly read popular science books nowadays, but once in a while I read SF, or a book recommended by someone, a gift, or a book from somebody else's bookshelves.

About my library For lack of a proper "wish list" feature (although I hear this is being worked on), here's my amazon.co.uk wish list.

I use some special tags, which don't describe the books themselves, more my relationship to them:

@reading: Currently reading
@unfinished: Didn't finish (yet)
@own: I have a physical copy of this book in my house (unless you borrowed it: remember to give it back, please!)
@gift: I got this book as a gift. Thank you!
@marine: My ex has also read these books (tag I used when we were still together)

My library contains all books I've read (or started reading). Not necessarily just books I own. Every so often I cull my shelves to save space, but I'd still like a record of what I've read.
