GroupsConnecticut Nutmeggers, What Are You Reading Now?

About meA painter all my life, I’ve written several children's art books. "A Gift from Brittany" is a memoir of the time I lived in a remote hamlet in Brittany in the 1960s, and is my first full-length book of non-fiction. It was published by Gotham Books in 2008 and just came out in paperback. My website, http://www.marjorieprice.com, gives an overview of my painting and an introduction to my book. Currently, I live in Manhattan and continue to write and to paint.

About my libraryI love to read in English, French, and Italian because of the pleasure it gives me and because it helps me keep up my fluency in the foreign languages.

I have been to the end of the earth.
I have been to the end of the waters.
I have been to the end of the sky.
I have been to the end of the mountains.
I have found none that are not my friends.
