About meI am an organizational strategy and design consultant. I live in Chapel Hill, NC with my wife Lori and our son Quinn (11). I am interested in strategy, decision-making, baseball and psychology. I am intrigued by LibraryThing because I am curious about who is reading what I am reading... who is influenced by those who influence me. Sometimes I teach Organizational Behavior at Furman University. I am also involved with Harvard's Learning Innovations Laboratory.

I saw you were a fan of Springsteen. There's currently a Librarything thread http://www.librarything.com/topic/82398 that's doing a month-long interview with me about my novel The Red Album of Asbury Park Remixed. Although Springsteen is not a character in the novel, the story does reflect the time and place that inspired much of his music, and he will be discussed in the course of the Q&A. Please drop by.
