About meAs you can see from my tag usage, I am a teacher. I adore books and am slowly collecting my way into having respectably broad personal and classroom libraries.

About my libraryI collect Doctor Who media with preferences for the 7th and 10th incarnations. I also enjoy beautifully done picture books and innovative and easy craft books. I also adore dollhouses and miniatures (a deceptively pricey hobby -- how can little things cost so much?).

My books tend to be spread between my home and my classroom and points in-between.

Just to let you know, I also own one of the 100 pieces of the UK version (unnumbered and without top trumps card, differently from the American version, which has got 3000 pieces worldwide) of the Time Crash set (among Doctor Who 5'' action figures collectors this set is named UK100 Time Crash). I've been clever enough to buy 2 of them in 2008. It was 12£ and now it has become so sought after that it's sold for something between 190-250£. Here is a short description:
So an other option could also be a swap if you are into action figures, even though the set should be kept in its original package so basically you could't open it, otherwise its collectibility would be much less.
:) No problem. Enjoy your reading then and in case you decided to sell it please send me a message on Ebay, my username is "italyscotand83" (scotand without L). Regards
Hey and thank you again for replying. I'm an Ebay customer (374 feedback 100% positive) and got a PayPal account. According to your description the book is in mint condition, exept for that minor crease, so I could afford something like 60-70£. The book itself is very hard to find, the hardest among the Big Finish Short Trips. Plus in 2009 Big Finish lost BBC licence to write any more Short Trips about the past doctors so the all volumes will soon become collectibles, epecially "How the Doctor changed my life". Anyway, if you are a collector, I would recommend you to keep it. If you are just an occasional reader, then please consider my proposal.
Thanks for replying. Well, it all depends in which condition the book. Here are some examples:

paperback with tears and marks : ~10£
paperback in mint or near mint condition: ~20-30£
hardback with tears and marks : ~30£
hardback in mint or near mint condition: ~50-80£

I live in Edinburgh and I have no problem with waiting in case you decided to sell it to me, just let me know if you're interested. Anyway thank you for showing interest.
Hi, I ve noticed you have the book "How the Doctor changed my life" . I checked on Amazon and it's available at the absurd price of 270£. I was wondering if you could sell it to me. I could afford a more reasonable price. Thank you
About the customs charges for the ER book -- email abby to let her know that you've been affected as well -- she's been watching the customs charges thread you posted to, but it won't hurt to send an email as backup:
