About meI'm 42 years old, work in IT, and live in lovely Catford, SE London.
About my libraryI've entered most of the books I own. Looks like a bit more than half of them are science fiction, which is something of a surprise, as considerably more than half of what I read these days is SF. Though I've made a resolution to apply myself to some of the TBR non-fiction stuff in there, so that I can claim that it's not just there to make me look like a more rounded individual.
The catalogue still needs a bit of work - a bunch of duplicates have got in there somehow, and there's some more stuff to enter.
As for about the library, rather than about the books... Most of the collection lives in a spare bedroom on a load of mismatched secondhand shelving (Freecycle is your friend!). Plans are afoot to do it properly, with floor to ceiling bespoke bookcases, and maybe a moose head over the fireplace (or maybe not). I'll get round to it one of these days...
