About meAs if it needs to be said, I love reading. But, perhaps unfairly, I've never considered myself "a reader."
Probably because I don't read a wide variety of things, I just read things that I already like (how on earth do I find new things I like???). These things are: Star Trek, Terry Pratchett, Tom Clancy, Tolkien, Nick Hornby, Bill Bryson, classic science fiction, graphic novels, and others.
Once in a while, I'll read something totally new, but I don't try as many new or different things as I feel I should.

About my libraryGet this: I have a pretty huge Star Trek book collection (it's true), and I keep it in chronological order of the stories (so... by Stardate, you could say). It's a passion that comes from my youth, and I've now found a website to help me do this!
That's my initial reason for joining LibraryThing, and we'll see what happens from there.
