It seems like the most likely scenario - rather than a fantasy about a castle with a library - I might get a "loft" downtown with high walls. That would be great. One problem is that the color of books doesn't like light so it has to be gloomy....

I'd love to be in a position to cook for, you know, a dozen people five evenings a week using fresh, seasonal produce - but that's a pretty lousy business model. :)
