About mecollege grad, journalism major, japanese minor. intermediate understanding of greek, japanese; intermediate-advanced understanding of french. working as a magazine journalist.

About my librarya lot of my books are "classics" as i read them for pleasure and often for clases as well.
i also catalogued some of my japanese comics (as they are essential to my reading comprehension skills). the books in this library are solely the ones in the bookshelf in my room. there are over 10 full bookshelves around the house (probably 2000+ books, easily) but these books here are the ones i've read/revisited within the last four years.
as for the american comics i added (only a few!)... well... a girl needs a hobby, what can i say? ;P

Noticed you liked The Sound and the Fury, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also southern, a bit violent, and a bit dark :) I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter)in case you'd like to read more about the novel before you commit:
