About meI'm currently working as an acquisitions and budget coordinator in the library at a women's college in Virginia. I have an M.Litt in Shakespeare and Renaissance Literature in Performance and BAs in History and Biology. I'm married and have a brand new baby. When I'm not at work or reading, I spend my time knitting, gardening and playing with my baby.
About my libraryOur collection finally fits back on the available shelving. My goal is to get all of our collection listed with Library of Congress call numbers and (ultimately) to label and shelve in that order as well. Our collection features a lot of books from my college days and lots of books from my husband's obsessions, Star Trek and Freemasonry. We're starting to shift our acquisitions towards childrens' books and classics that are appropriate for younger children.
