About meDisaffected misansthrope, sans shoulder-mounted lasers.
About my libraryPitifully small, I'm afraid, once the Hardy Boys and Enid Blyton are out of the picture - the rogue pictured above would make fairly quick work of it. Light on many classics that I've borrowed over the years, or relied on my father's collection for. Most books put up here have been read: I'm constantly behind my acquisitions by about 5-10 books.
Progress: I estimate that I have substantially more than half of my library logged as of October 2007; task made somewhat more difficult due to the fact that my library is spread over several cities (Islamabad, Lahore, London, Miami, and Dublin), and probably won't be coming together for another 2 years at least.
Official nag: my mother, the dear heart, has her hands full with the biblioklept she married, and I have both the goodness of sense to be discreet about such things and the coldness of heart to allow pater to bear the brunt of her indignation alone.

sorry for trouble you,
I'm very interested in book "Le nouveau sans frontieres"(2), that you have in your library.
Do you have maybe this book in electronic version?
I will be very thankful if you can share it with me.))
Thank you in advance!
Best regards,
Lidia

I was looking for a group where I might pick the brains of the members for a good history of Pakistan. Of course there is much on India and on partition, but I would also like to have the Pakistan story. Any suggestions?
Good luck cataloguing, I still have a bit of a way to go on mine, but its coming together.
Kind regards
Caroline
