About meI'm an eclectic artist (I crochet, spin, sculpt, paint, sew, make jewelry and chainmaille). I also have an incredibly useless English degree that just means I own a lot of books; that is, until I can get to grad school and become an English professor of Brit Lit. ;)
About my libraryMostly college textbooks, books I've acquired from friends and used bookstores, and lots of Shakespeare and fantasy.
My favorites are fantasy and books/plays/poems pre-1800's, but as you can tell from my library, I'll read almost anything!

to find the best in others;
to give one’s self;
to leave the world a little better,
whether by a healthy child,
a garden patch,
or a redeemed social condition;
to have played and laughed with enthusiasm,
and sung with exultation;
to know even one life has lived easier
because you have lived . . .
This is to have succeeded.

And of course, you have to love Tolkien. I see you have him listed among your favorites.
