I have read:
82 Easy books
4 poetry books (9 Rhyming)
3 Folklore
8 Non-Fiction
6 Biographies
9 Award Winning
12 Historical / Social Study concepts
5 Multicultural
11 Major obstacles or disabilities.
5 Science
15 Novels

I have read all of these books and many more. I have read and reviewed a total of 100 books but there are many that were never submitted here. While reading these books I feel I have learned quite a bit that can help me teach children in the future. I now know how important and helpful it is to add literature in every subject, not to mention with all the books they have in the world, it's not too difficult either. I also know that there are many books that can help children through tough times like death of a loved one or bullying. Its important to read books to students that are multicultural or show other children with disabilities. These books teach kids diversity and how to see things in people's perspective. I know that there are easier was to pick a boom than just pulling one off the shelf. I have learned to search and critic books through catalogs and online searches. These are thing I also wish to instill in the children I teach.
