Noticed you liked Vernon God Little, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my novel since it's also southern (and a bit dark). I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm currently out of physical copies). If you're interested, send me your e-mail address (mine is mail@christophertusa.com), and I'll send you the e-book. Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to read more about the book before you commit:

Thanks,

Re: Outlander by Diana Gabaldon. Honest review of pap, worth 20 of the 'OMG!' 5 star ratings. I'm still sniggering. Thanks.
When I look at the ratings given Fight Club, I am astounded. I rated it 1/2 and note you did as well. So I feel a kindredness with you. Great minds etc.
RE: your Outlander review. Don't mince your words Miketroll, tell it how you see it. Thanks for the laugh :)
Just read your review of Fight Club and was heartened to find someone else who disliked it as much as I did. My son cites it as his favourite book and cannot understand why I found it so abhorrent when I finally agreed to be open-minded enough to read it. How I wished I had continued to refuse!
Mike Trollstigen from BC? If you like science writing you must try Evolution by Carl Zimmer -- extremely readable.
