About me Hi. My name is Kat, and I made it through my teens with most of my sanity intact by reading. (Maybe "inhaling books as if I would suffocate without them" would be more accurate.) Today I read far more on the web than in print, but it's rare I don't have a tome or two in my backpack.

About my library This list is at least an order of magnitude smaller than the list of books I have read but do not own (either because I borrowed them or because they and I parted ways somehow) -- a list I think is more representative of my background and tastes.

I wish I had everything I have ever read (and of course a fair bit of what I haven't!) in electronic format instead of carting things around just to be able to look at them again.
