The past several years i've been on a buying spree of books for 1 dollar or 50 cents from libraries and half price books. Also enjoy purchasing something fun with my borders coupons. I never buy books full price unless it's a present for someone else. About my libraryThese are most of the books I own. I'm not sure if I'll add all the books from my childhood that I can't part with. I've added some already, but some are rather silly, I think that means I should really get rid of them, we'll see if that will happen! A lot of the unread ones I've bought in the last few years. I'm definitely buying faster than i can read. I have a notebook that contains a list of all the books I've read that goes back when I was in 5th-6th grade. (about 14 years) I just past 600 books on that list! Homepagehttp://aleapopculture.blogspot.com/ Also onBookMooch Membership Real nameAlea Emailaleareads Account typepublic, lifetime URLs

But the books you chose are terrific! Well done! They both are really fun and I had looked at the both while shopping the other day -- so you really did great. It was a total surprise when they arrived on the front porch -- what a treat! :)
Thanks so much and I hope you are well!

Who did you end up being Santa for? Isn't it interestinig to get to get a glimpse of someone else by checking out their library and their wish list? I think Secret Santa is a lot of fun, and am already looking forward to doing it again next year!
Best wishes to you and yours for this holiday season and on into the next year.

Confessions of a Contractor is yours. I don't do Bookmooch and a trade isn't really necessary (I have too many books already!). PM me your address and I'll send it along!

I see that you got Read My Lips. Good for you! It looked interesting but I didn't want to compete with you for it, so I only added it to my PBS wishlist. If you want to get rid of it when your done, let me know. (If not, no big deal, it'll come up again!)
I know you like YA books - so I thought I'd show you one that looks good and is coming up on my wishlist (I already have a copy coming - but I don't remove from WL until the book is actually in my hands.)

What's the book that you want? Maybe it'll go off reserve and then you can grab it.

I'm with you; I wish my high school had zines when I was young. I didn't get into them really until the summer before I started college. They would've inspired me to write more during high school. C'est la vie. Hopefully this collection will inspire kids.
