About my libraryMy library contains mostly fiction, with lots of women authors and mainly British authors. I love literature of the 1930s and '40s, especially if it's funny. I also own a good number of children's books, and have a special fondness for ones with beautiful illustrations.

Miss_Read,

I sent you a note about a month ago. I would love to borrow or purchase your 1985 Liber Brunensis. I am a Brown University graduate who unfortunately could not afford a yearbook when I graduated. Please email me at tlove50@cox.net if something like this can be arranged.

Tom
Hi Helen
Thanks very much for your birthday good wishes! I had a great day, visited 2 favourite bookshops in beautiful Daylesford.
Hiya :)
Great collection you have here! I'm just off to read your review of 'Room'. I remember reading that but can't remember if I reviewed it.

:)

I am indeed Helen. I'm a sucker for the covers, that lovely dove grey coupled with the patterned endpapers. My current obsession is with Penguin's clothbound classics. I'm afraid I do judge a book by its cover :-)
What excellent service! The Mary webb arrived today, thank you. It's a lovely copy. In my teenage years the Pre-Raphaelites were 'in' and Burne-Jones was always my favourite.

I'm Luci Davin - I have two accounts but one was a mistake, however it's on my most used email address so people send me friend invites on that - I usually accept and then it's easier to find them on the right account. Please use the one which has a family picture on - I think it's Mike, my dad and our two sons when Conor was very new.

I can't find your name on Facebook - you must have privacy settings on.
: ) Glad it arrived ok, enjoy.
Ali
I hope you enjoy them! They are both favourite authors of mine so I hope you like them as well. I live in Southern Ontario but I have been to Alberta a few times and oddly enough, I have travelled through Cornwall as well. The last time I was in the UK was for a business trip but I hope at some point to return, rent a car and travel around the countryside. You live in a beautiful place!
