TagsSo I bought this book for a research paper for a women's literature class (1), but I was engrossed. (1), This book was so touching. Being overweight it was easy to relate to Judith's story. It's very sad (1), so be prepared. (1), but it's a very good story. It's interesting to see the toll that love put on women in the early 19th century. (1), This was a required reading for class (1), Though I have liked most of the women's murder club (1), of course usually required. I am glad though that I did have to read it. It tells a great story of man's ignorance. (1), Very good. Flock's first novel. I was actually surprised by the ease that she writes considering the content of the book.
