About meI love to read and to write, oh yeah and to travel. I am working on my blog with the idea that just because I am a Mom doesn't mean being a Mom is all I am. It is only a part of the whole that is me.
About my libraryI have been collecting books for a long time but before we bought our house we moved from apartment to apartment each year and with each move it seemed that I lost more and more books (why are they so heavy?). So, now that we are in a more permanent space I am rebuilding my book collection. I like all kinds of things though. We have fiction and non-fiction, bios and sci/fi, technical manuals and chick lit.

I received your SantaThing choices for me yesterday! Thank you for the great selections. I have been wanting to read Spiced; it looks right up my alley. Also, I lived for a while in Cortona, where Under the Tuscan Sun takes place, but have not read the book. I am sure it will bring back fond memories of a place close to my heart.
