Wow, that conference sounds really cool! I looked it up at itickets.com, the Extradinary Women conference, right? I'll have to add that to my calendar of things I'd like to do this fall--which is way too full at the moment, LOL.

Currently reading: Prayer, Does it make Any Difference by Phillip Yancey &
William Henry is a Fine Name by Cathy Gohlke.
Karen Kingsbury is going to be in Kansas City in October?!! Where?
It's a stand alone.
I got to meet author Deborah Raney at our library on Saturday, she gave a really good talk about her experiences as an author. It's always more fun to read someone's books after you have actually met them.
I just finished "Monday Morning Faith" by Lori Copeland which I really enjoyed. It was sort of a romance, but I wasn't sure which way it was going to go for a while cuz one character is called to the mission field and the other one isn't.
Thanks for responding. I don't believe I got the message but like I said I am not real computer savy yet.

I am getting ready to start the new Lisa Wingate book. Just got it from the library. I also started the Potluck Club and really like it. I'm only about a chapter into it but like it.

Are you reading anything good right now?

It shows you have already accepted the friend request and you show up on the right side of my page as one of my friends. So it looks like it has gone through on my end. I think I did leave you a comment, sorry if you didn't get it. I'm glad to connect up with someone who also enjoys the same kind of books as I do!
