"Jennifer Bloomer, Architecture and the Text: The (S)crypts of Joyce and Piranesi: okay, I'm a sucker for any book that manages to wind in Joyce, Piranesi, Ruskin, Zukofsky, & Guy Davenport, & while I'm only a few pages into this one, I can tell it's going to be a doozey."
Since I'm trying to decide whether to spring the cash for the book (the reference to it appears in a 2008 article by Kim Solga) or just track it down at the library, I'm curious to know what you thought of the book after those first few pages.
What sent me off on this track re: Lisa Robertson was an article from Mosaic by Stephen Collis, "The frayed trope of Rome: Poetic architecture in Robert Duncan, Ronald Johnson, and Lisa Robertson."
