Hi! I am your SantaThingee, and I really look forward to reading the books you chose for me! They came yesterday in the mail, and if I wasn't already in the middle of a series (but on the last book!) I would have jumped right into them. It's *so* cool I got someone with similar reading habits, I have a really hard time picking new books to start with and I am keeping an eye on your library for the next time I get time to browse around the bookstore! I've put your other suggestion on LT as wishlist and I'll get it when I go book shopping, maybe this weekend.

Hi! could you describe the cover of your copy of Fortune Telling by Cards? I'm trying to confirm the author of an edition that is probably turn-of-the-century and that has a green cover. Thanks a bunch!

I can't believe that someone else had "the girl of the sea of cortez". That was my favorite book growing up. I had a chance last year to meet Benchley.
