About meI work at the Northwest branch of the Sonoma County Library. I do buying for several areas. I often use LibraryThing for input in buying selections. I've been grateful for giveaways to help with decisions on purchases for my branch. I love to read and enjoy getting recommendations from other readers.
About my libraryI love children's books, mysteries, and time travel. I enjoy reading about careers and travel that I have not had a chance to experience. I find I'm especially fond of British authors on all topics and genres. I'm fascinated by the differences in the English language in various parts of the world. Since a recent trip to Japan I've been drawn toward reading books about Japan, fiction and nonfiction.
