About mePhilosopher, historian, writer. Interests in music, art, mathematics, English, French & German literature (19th and 20th century), classics.

About my libraryAbout half of it is French. The rest is English (including almost all the mathematics), German, Italian, Greek, and Latin. Perhaps a fourth of the books are "professional". There is also a large collection of novels, including many Heritage Club editions, inherited from my parents. The oldest acquisition of my own is from 1965 or thereabouts.
