About me I'm a writer who'd rather edit, an editor who loves to shape and craft, and a dilettante graphic designer. I've found my dream job doing the communications work for a nonprofit foundation that has to give away millions of dollars a year to address health care inequities... I still have to write, I get to edit, I have the best of both worlds in design work in that I can do it myself OR hire it out, and I get to help develop community partnerships to find new ways to put programs and education in place for the health care mission.

About my library LibraryThing has come along just as I am beginning to replace the thousands of books that drowned in my house in New Orleans in early September 2005. What a terrific tool to use to make sure I don't accidentally replace The House of Mirth three times!
